PATLive publishes the most generous trial of any live answering service we priced — 14 days, full-featured — which is the same length as handlo’s, so neither side asks you to buy blind. On price the two are not close. Three hundred minutes of live answering at $2.60/min is $780, and PATLive’s 350-minute plan is $720, about $2.06 a minute; handlo includes 300 minutes in $49. You are paying for a trained person on the line, and for some businesses that is exactly the right purchase. If it is not what you need, the flat plan is roughly fifteen times cheaper at that volume.
Don’t let the next call reach voicemail.
If you don’t capture a missed call in the first 48 hours, just cancel — we’d be surprised.
